Meet the 'book' Chef - Chef Cubit
With over two decades in the hospitality industry, Chef Cubit brings a seasoned perspective to the page. His culinary journey spans Norwegian Cruise Line®, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Starwood’s Luxury Collection—where he mastered the art of flavor and storytelling. As one of the final U.S. graduates of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program located in Paris, France, Chef Cubit blends classical technique with modern creativity. A graduate with honors, he channels his craft into a new line of books designed to nourish the soul. Based in the Austin–San Antonio metroplex, he continues to pour his passion into gastronomic literature, celebrating food, family, educators, and the roux that binds them.
